It took a long time for Liverpool to score on a strong Liege defense, but when it came, it was bittersweet for American defender Oguchi Onyewu.  Gooch played a flawless match, practically taking Fernando Torres out of the game, but Liege lost on a goal two minutes from the end of extra time and crashed out of the Champions League earlier than they maybe deserved. This is certainly a bit belated being that it is tuesday, but I thought you guys might like to see what I’ve found.  Courtesy of NSC, I found this nice video of our beloved Freddy Adu’s first appearance for Monaco.  It’s six minutes long so make sure you have a bit of time, but it is definitely worth watching.  Freddy makes one great pass towards the end of the video, and overall, he looked calm and composed.  Anyway, the video is after the jump. It’s been a long time since the rumors started about Michael Bradley, but they look close to ending now.  With only six days left until the end of the transfer season, Michael Bradley still hasn’t found a new club.  The Sunday Sun reports that Middlesbrough has failed in their attempt to sign James Harper, and will now switch their attention to Michael Bradley.
