MLS Rewind: The game of the week is…
This weekend’s MLS matches were a fantastic display of where the league is going. This week’s game of the week showed us how soccer is supposed to be played. New Yorkers packed in to the Meadowlands to see David Beckham, but what they got was an open and fast paced game. After the jump are the highlights.
Is this a worthy game of the week? I also considered the FC Dallas and Colorado game but in the end, La vs. New York won Any thoughts on the game or any MLS game go below.

A couple of typos: “…to see David Beckham, but what they got was a open and fast paced game”. It should be “but what they got was AN open..”
“..La vs. New York won?” It should be “…La vs. New York won.”. Period, not a question mark.

Who cares about the typos? Yes this is probably the deserving game of the, too bad Donovan’s last shot wasn’t 2 inches to the right.
