Michael Bradley VS. Freddy Adu: Crossbar Game
This one was a find on you tube, and if you’ve got a spare minute, this is a must watch. This video has Freddy Adu and Michael Bradley in the “crossbar” game. Apparently this game is Freddy’s specialty, so you can see what happens after the jump.

It’s pretty telling that Freddy knows “Mikey” hit the bar as soon as the ball is airborne.

me too. you can see they’re just regular people, albeit they have unbelievable skills with their feet. I bet you freddy wins that game 80% of the time though.

I’m superstitious about playing this game in practice. Some coaches use it to test skills, I just don’t like guys practicing how to hit the crossbar!
