According to multiple sources within Major League Soccer, MLS and Toronto FC have accepted a $5 million transfer fee for Edu from Scottish giants Glasgow Rangers. Edu is stil finalizing personal terms with Rangers, but a deal is expected to be completed soon. Maurice Edu is on his way to Europe.

He thinks they need to strengthen so that's where the money is coming from. That being said they may be looking to unload some their more expensive talent which could open up a potential spot in the lineup for Edu.
