FC Dallas Run Rampant Over LA, Bye Bye Alexi Lalas
I’m ready to give LA the “Worst Front Office Award” for the year. They finally realize they need to spend money on a defender and in his first game, he and his fellow defenders allow four goals. Two Kenny Cooper blasts, a Dominic Oduro tap in, and an Abe Thompson Golazo are enough to convince me that Alexi Lalas should be fired immediately. The only positive thing that has come from his time in charge is the signing of David Beckham, but the on field results have not been impressive. Believe me, there might even be some calls to Abel Xavier tonight. If you don’t believe me, watch the highlights.

What did I see…(1) no defensive shape, they were like a bunch of 5 year olds all running either to or away from the ball. On the first goal you showed Kenny Cooper(don’t you just love him) blasting a shot from on top of hte 18′ and one defender lunges and the other turns away like a frightened school girl.(2) Dallas is not this good. (3) The goal keeping was average, at best…but what do you expect when there is no midfield, were any midfielders helping? (4) how do you expect chemistry when it is a mess. (5)Alexi…adios! No mas Alexi, he’s comes off as arrogant and elitest. As if he knows secrets that we don’t know. I actually like Ruud Guillet.
