LA Lose Again, Who’s Going To Be Fired First?

Tag: UncategorizedMax Zeger @ 5:19 pm

Alexi Lalas was a great player, the same could be said for Ruud Gullit.  They are not however, very good GM’s and Coaches respectively.  After LA let a tie slip away again, (to their intrastate rivals, San Jose) who’s on the way out in LA?  Choose for yourself below, and feel free to discuss the game after you’ve voted.

yea, LA were tied 2-2 and then Cochrane scored a 90th minute goal to beat LA. When LA suits up for their next game, it will have been over two months since they have one a game. I have to think Alexi Lalas is gone. What do you think?

i think he stays for a little while. they aren’t playing well, but its not all his fault. he is getting players…maybe not the right ones… but he is trying, and for that, I think they give him a little more time. Not much though.

i would give him some time too, but Phil Anschutz isn’t happy and he makes changes often, many times too quick, but in this case, I think he’s gone. Gullit gets time because he doesn’t choose the players and he’s a big name. one interesting thing though, Gullit put his $4.5 million house on the market, maybe he’s preparing to leave soon.
