Chivas Girls
The US has an interesting dynamic when it comes to cheerleaders. Both the NBA and NFL employ cheerleaders so when MLS came into inception, there was an interesting choice to be made. MLS and its franchises chose not to have cheerleaders but left the option up to the teams. The only team to employ cheerleaders is Chivas USA. The Chivas Girls began at Chivas USA’s beginning in 2005 and have become a staple of Chivas USA games.
